Indoor Sun Garden Supplies is looking for someone who can work on all the day to day responsibilities in our retail warehouse, and provide friendly and reliable customer service.

Our store sells bulk hydroponic supplies for medical marijuana farms here in Oklahoma. We provide the soil, pots, nutrients, and tools the farmers need to grow and harvest their crops.

As a member of the sales team you will be helping customers find what they need, ring them through the POS, answer questions about products, and create special orders. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are key.

We are looking for a bilingual speaker - English/Spanish. We have a several Hispanic customers and like to have them feel welcome and able to communicate their needs.

Someone with social media experience is preferred as we post new products, sales, etc.

We want people who are proficient with computers, willing to learn various applications and have a desire to learn new skills. We mostly use Monday, a task management app that can be accessed through a computer or phone app, along with Google Workspace to communicate and track projects and orders.

We are open Monday through Friday 10am-5pm but employees are generally here 9:30am - 5:30pm. This time can fluctuate a bit depending on a few factors.

All of our employees are vaccinated and any new employee must be vaccinated to work here. Proof is required.

Pay -

Responsibilities and Duties -

• Assist customers with questions and purchasing products and keep detailed clerical notes
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Pick and pack items customers and outbound freight

Qualifications and Skills -

• Outstanding patience and customer service
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects, upwards of 40lbs
• Ability to learn multiple technical processes and software applications
• Clear communication skills

Licenses or Certificates -

• A valid driver’s license is required
• COVID-19 Precautions

• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.
